Login With AJAX is a free plugin available on wordpress.org, you can install it directly form your WordPress site, or download it and upload it to your site manually. Below are the various ways of installing the plugin, as you would any WordPress plugin.
Remember to back up your database before updating and installing, as you should for any other plugins, themes or even WordPress itself!

Installing Pro
Login With AJAX Pro is a regular WordPress plugin, so you'd install it the same way you would manually install any WordPress plugin.
- Ensure Login With AJAX is installed and is activated.
- Download Login With AJAX Pro
- Upload the plugin via the dashboard or via FTP as any regular WordPress plugin.
Activating your Pro license key
Once installed for the first time, you will be asked to activate your Pro installation to make Pro features available. This step is required whether or not you still have access to pro updates and support.
You will see an admin notice asking you to activate your plugin license. Click on this and you will be redirected to our site, where you will need to log in (if not already logged in) and confirm the activation of a license on your site.
You can also view and manage your license keys from within your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Login With AJAX > Licenses tab or from our account licenses page.
Updating
The best way to update is via the WordPress automatic updater. It will automatically inform you of new updates and will install them for you after confirmation.
Our premium add-on updates will also automatically become available via the updater if you have an active license.
However, if this isn’t possible, you can do it the same way as adding via zip file. Bear in mind that you should deactivate and delete the plugin before replacing it with the new one. No settings are deleted in this process. Once uploaded reactivate and the update should happen in the background.
